Because it was thorough enough, he had managed to identify one possible issue and suggested some possible remedies (with potential challenges based on my car make, ie, the readily available parts). Ah Keong is also a very passionate, knowledgeable and experienced. He knows his stuff and is clear in his delivery. He provided his assessment only after checking through the diagnostics. After the experience, I decided to return for a full car servicing, and they did not disappoint. The service advisor Keong, was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me confidence in the work being done. The whole process was very well organised, from check-in to completion, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated how transparent they were about the pricing — they clearly explained what I was paying for, with no hidden costs or surprises. Customer service was excellent across the board, but what stood out most was the boss, George. He was incredibly attentive and thoughtful — I was waiting there for about 3 hours, and he kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable in the air-conditioned waiting area.
