In my 1st visit, the mechanic topped up aircon gas and cleaned the aircon filter. ECV did not charge for these services, although it took up some efforts and resources, when I decided to return a few days later to do a complete aircon flushing on my 2nd visit. 2. On my 2nd visit, the aircon flushing and replacement of a new filter was done very efficiently and quickly when I requested the mechanic for urgency as I had a prior appointment. The mechanic was friendly, polite and abliging. This was my first times visiting ECV, and if all their servicing works are done by such good and efficient mechanics, I am now thinking of servicing my car there in future. 3. Lastly, ECV provided progress reports via whatapp while car was at shop, and these updates were with photo, and are amazingly timely. Eg: I was there when they changed the car aircon filter, and the moment the mechanic did that task, I received a whatapp msg to info me of the task done and with a photo! Its like magic! How incredible was that?! I am so impressed. In all my 40 over years of owning cars, I have never had such timely updates on the progress of work done to my car, not even from agents.
